You’ve shared your ideas and we’ve listened. Now it’s time to act.
The grassroots community group Vision:TOLEDO is having its second town meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 28 to pour over all the ideas gathered and progress made since the Feb. 17 town meeting.
At the meeting, group leaders will discuss results from the community online survey, bring everyone up to date on all the work that’s been done since February, and ask for more ideas and help from the town.
Everyone involved in Vision:TOLEDO is a volunteer, and the strength of our group is the community itself. It’s surprisingly easy to make a big difference in a small, close-knit community like Toledo. By putting our collective heads together, we have been able to make real progress in our efforts to spruce up our community and make it more appealing to tourists, businesses and residents.
Whether you’re anxious to get involved or just curious, come by the Toledo Middle School from 7-9 p.m. April 28. Refreshments will be provided. Hope to see you there!
